As we know that today’s lifestyle is very busy and it’s very difficult to adopt a healthy lifestyle and stay healthy every day. So friends don’t worry I have some habit that is very important to need to adapt in your lifestyle and trust me I follow these habits and it's completely changed my life. Always move:

Moving your body one place to another it’s very important. For moving yourself it’s important to exercise daily because exercise is one of the best ways to move and live your life in a healthy way. Either you may go for jogging and walking 30 minutes at least 3 times in a weak.

Stay hydrated is the best way to keep yourself healthy and fit. As we know that our body contains 70% of water. So it’s very important we have to drink 10 to 12 glass of water every day. Maintain your body with the healthy weight it’s very important. If you have overweight you need to lose your weight because the overweight body may cause you very harmful diseases. Eating less is the best way to keep your weight balanced. So always eat lots of vegetables and fresh fruits and vegetable juice in your daily lifestyle.

So keeps you healthy and make the best diet plan that intakes 1200 calories because every woman takes at least 1200 amount of calories every day
